MASTER IN FOOD TECH IS MUST
Key Responsibilities Laboratory Operations
- Conduct testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Perform physical, chemical, and sensory analysis as per standard operating procedures.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration records, and testing instruments.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory reports and quality records.
Quality Assurance
- Monitor product quality during the manufacturing of Namkeen, Bhujia, Potato Chips, Kurkure, Extruded Snacks, Moong Dal, Peanuts, and other snack products.
- Inspect raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Identify quality deviations and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards throughout the production process.
Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards.
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in production and laboratory areas.
- Assist during internal, external, customer, and statutory audits.
- Maintain batch records, quality documentation, and traceability records.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily quality inspection reports and laboratory analysis reports.
- Maintain quality documentation and laboratory registers accurately.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Prepare quality MIS reports and support audit documentation.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of laboratory testing and food quality assurance.
- Understanding of food safety standards such as FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and ISO 22000.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree in Food Technology is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship or project experience in the food manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with internship or academic project exposure in the Namkeen Snacks Industry, particularly in products such as Potato Chips, Kurkure, Bhujia, Extruded Snacks, Fryums, and other ready-to-eat snack products.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
