- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function.
- Define and implement quality standards for manufacturing and dispatch.
- Monitor incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality controls.
- Handle vendor quality management and audits.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and guide the quality team.
Key Skills
- Strong leadership & process orientation
- Deep understanding of QA/QC systems
- Experience in manufacturing industry (preferably elevators)
