- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Invite, evaluate, and compare contractor and supplier quotations.
- Assist in tender preparation and bid evaluation.
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Measure and certify work completed for contractor payments.
- Prepare and verify interim and final payment certificates.
- Evaluate variations, change orders, and additional works.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
- Monitor material quantities and minimize wastage.
- Review contract documents and ensure contractual compliance.
- Prepare project cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Maintain accurate cost records and documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Verify invoices and reconcile project expenditures.
- Assist in procurement of materials and subcontractors.
- Identify and assess project cost risks.
- Support project planning and scheduling from a cost perspective.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare final accounts and facilitate project close-out.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
