Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance reviews, training programs, and policy implementation. Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with labor regulations, fostering employee engagement, and contributing to a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will partner with leadership to develop strategies that support organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- HR expertise: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
- Training and development planning, driving employee engagement, and team-building initiatives
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience working in a tech company or startup environment preferred
