Required Skills
● 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
● Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate/JPA, and
REST APIs.
● Experience with System Design, HLD, LLD, and Architecture Design for enterprise
applications.
● Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
● Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools.
● Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
● Excellent leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams in an Agile environment.
