We are looking for a passionate, creative, and caring Preschool Teacher to join our early learning team. The ideal candidate will create a joyful and engaging classroom environment that fosters curiosity, independence, and holistic development in young children.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on the school’s curriculum and learning objectives.• Create a warm, nurturing, and safe classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and participation.• Incorporate play-based and experiential learning activities across all areas of development.• Maintain classroom discipline using positive guidance and effective routines.• Conduct continuous observation and assessment of children’s progress.• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s development and learning milestones.• Prepare teaching aids, displays, and maintain classroom cleanliness and aesthetics.• Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators to plan events, celebrations, and enrichment activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (NTT / ECCE certification preferred).• Prior experience of 1–3 years in a preschool or early learning setting.• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).• Warm, patient, and energetic personality with a passion for working with young children.• Creativity and flexibility in teaching methods.
