Job Objective (Summary of the Position):
To clarify the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Open customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
· Graduate/Post graduate preferred.
· Demonstrable competencies such as teamwork, conflict management, negotiation & excellent interpersonal skills.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
