o Influence senior stakeholders to unlock business value and foster innovation.
End-to-End O2C Delivery Oversight
o Oversee global O2C operations to ensure high client satisfaction and adherence to SLAs/KPIs.
o Align O2C and AR delivery with broader business objectives and regulatory compliance requirements.
Transformation Leadership
o Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives leveraging ERP and O2C platforms.
