Job Overview:
Askknatural is looking for an experienced Sales & Admin Manager responsible for driving revenue generation, managing sales operations, and handling the admin team. The role includes implementing effective sales strategies, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and managing the scheduling of nutritionists and trainers to maintain efficient workflow and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue generation by managing sales operations, lead conversions, and achieving targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for business growth.
- Lead and manage the sales and admin team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of nutritionists and trainers to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor daily sales performance, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Handle administrative operations, documentation, and internal coordination.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, client records, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the Nutrition Department for subject-related queries.
- Coordinate with the Tech Team for CRM or technical issues.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Manage client communication and handle escalations professionally.
Requirements:
- MBA (Mandatory) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales operations and administrative management.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and scheduling coordination preferred.
- Ability to manage teams, improve processes, and drive revenue growth.
