We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Shift Incharge to lead our Quality Assurance operations during their assigned shift in Ghaziabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all QA activities, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in quality control, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to maintain the highest product quality and operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise the Quality Assurance team during the assigned shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Oversee in-process quality checks, final product inspections, and raw material testing to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all production and QA activities.
- Investigate and document quality deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Review and approve batch records, analytical reports, and other quality-related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide training and guidance to QA personnel on quality procedures, testing methods, and equipment operation.
- Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and other departments to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Ensure the calibration and maintenance of all QA testing equipment are performed according to schedule and standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and quality trends.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Promote a strong quality culture within the team and across the facility.
- Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to all safety regulations.
