Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our remote sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients. This role involves lead generation, client engagement, product demonstrations, and driving subscription sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels.
Engage with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Present and explain snapshareAI products and services to potential customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to maximize conversions.
Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in any one of the following language combinations:
Tamil & English
Hindi & English
Kannada/Telugu & English
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Availability to work at least 8 hours per day.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms is preferred.
