Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Full-Stack Software Developer with hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI, supported by solid expertise in Java Spring Boot and React.js.
The candidate will design and develop enterprise applications that integrate Large Language Models, AI agents, RAG pipelines, business applications and external tools. The role requires practical experience building production-ready AI solutions—not merely using AI coding assistants.
The candidate should also be proficient in AI-assisted development and Vibe Coding, using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex, Claude Code or similar platforms to accelerate software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot and React.js.
- Build AI-powered applications using LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Design AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool invocation and multi-step task execution.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases and external services.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using enterprise documents and structured data.
- Implement function calling, tool calling, structured outputs and agent workflows.
- Build REST APIs and microservices for AI-enabled applications.
- Design conversational interfaces and AI-assisted user experiences using React.js.
- Implement vector search, embeddings, semantic retrieval and document-processing pipelines.
- Develop human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing and approving AI-generated actions.
- Implement guardrails, access controls and validation mechanisms for AI outputs and agent actions.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, safety, latency and cost.
- Monitor LLM usage, token consumption, agent execution and application performance.
- Use AI coding tools for prototyping, code generation, testing, debugging, refactoring and documentation.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, data teams and domain experts.
Required Full-Stack Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate and REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of microservices and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
- Experience with React Hooks, component-based development and state management.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL or other relational databases.
- Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle and CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth 2.0 or OIDC.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing and API testing.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
