Hiring: Supply Chain Manager
Experience Required: 6 months - 1 year
Location: Mumbai, Marol
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure inventory optimization, strong system control, and physical inventory accuracy across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory optimization across stores/warehouse
* Ensure accurate system inventory and physical stock reconciliation
* Monitor stock movement, ageing, replenishment, and availability
* Implement inventory control processes and SOPs
* Coordinate with warehouse, stores, procurement, and operations teams
* Minimize stock loss, excess inventory, and stock-outs
* Analyze inventory reports and MIS for decision-making
* Ensure timely audits and inventory accuracy checks
* Improve supply chain efficiency and operational processes
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience in Supply Chain / Inventory Management / Warehouse Operations
* Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems ( We are using Genisys ERP )
* Leadership and team coordination abilities
* Experience in retail industry preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
