We are hiring an experienced IT & CCTV Support Engineer for handling Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sites. The candidate will be responsible for onsite support of computer systems, peripherals, and CCTV surveillance systems for corporate.
- Provide onsite AMC support for computer hardware systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops and peripherals
- Handle CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (IP & Analog)
- Configure DVR/NVR systems and ensure smooth CCTV recording & playback
- Support CCTV remote viewing setup on mobile and desktop
- Attend client service calls within the location
- Perform preventive maintenance checks
- Replace faulty hardware components when required
- Maintain service reports and update AMC documentation
- Coordinate with internal team for spare parts and escalation
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
