Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with a warm and professional demeanor. Learn about and educate clients on diamond characteristics, including the nuances between natural stones and lab-grown (CVD/HPHT) diamonds (full training provided). Assist senior staff with processing sales transactions and end-of-day register closures. Maintain strict visual merchandising standards to ensure diamond display cases are pristine and brilliantly lit. Help organize, audit, and securely track high-value inventory. Qualifications: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply! No prior jewelry experience is required, though a strong desire to learn luxury retail is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Gujrati, Hindi, and Marathi. A polite, confident, and customer-first attitude. High attention to detail and a strong sense of personal presentation.
