Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Email Marketing Executive, based in Delhi, India. We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Nerditia. We're seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you'll design, execute, and optimize email campaigns that drive measurable growth for our diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients—from ecommerce brands to local businesses looking to increase sales or traffic or walk in crowd/leads. You'll be the strategic force behind campaigns that convert subscribers into customers and turn customers into loyal advocates.
Pay Range: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Required Qualifications
- Must be an immediate joiner. And willing to commute to the office on a daily basis.
- This is an On-site position and therefore, you must be able to commute to office location (Keshav Puram, Delhi) on a daily basis. so do not apply if you are looking for a work from home or part time opportunity.
- Must have at least 2 years of prior Email Marketing Campaign handling experience. Preferred: 2-4 years of experience in an agency or performance marketing environment
- Please do not apply if you have more than 5 years of experience as we are only looking for an intermediate candidate, not an exceptionally expert one.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in creating email campaigns that drive revenue, conversions, and engagement
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level experience with major email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, SendGrid, ActiveCampaign, or similar ESPs)
- Marketing Automation: Strong experience building automated workflows and drip campaigns
- Analytics Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, email analytics tools, and data-driven decision making
- Copywriting: Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to create persuasive, audience-specific content (You can use AI to draft them but should be sensible enough to review the AI drafted content, do not use copy paste approach ever)
- Portfolio showcasing successful email campaigns with measurable results
- Experience scaling email programs from the ground up
- Knowledge of advanced segmentation and personalization strategies
- Understanding of email deliverability and sender reputation management
- Active participation in marketing communities or continuous learning initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and their email integrations
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot CRM)
- Experience with multi-channel campaign coordination
- Certifications in email marketing or marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of SMS marketing integration
- Experience in both B2B and B2C email marketing strategies

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives and KPIs
- Create comprehensive email marketing strategies for multiple clients across B2B and B2C sectors
- Design customer journey maps and build automated email sequences (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.)
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, send times, and audience segments to optimize performance
Content & Creative Development
- Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy that resonates with diverse target audiences
- Collaborate with designers to create visually engaging, mobile-responsive email templates
- Ensure brand consistency while tailoring messaging for different client verticals and audience segments
- Develop personalized content strategies using dynamic content and segmentation
Technical Implementation & Management
- Manage email marketing platforms (ESP) including list management, segmentation, and campaign deployment
- Implement marketing automation workflows and trigger-based campaigns
- Ensure technical best practices including deliverability optimization, SPAM compliance, and email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Maintain email lists hygiene, manage subscriber preferences, and ensure GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI, revenue per email)
- Generate comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights for clients
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across campaigns
- Set benchmarks and KPIs, continuously optimizing campaigns to exceed performance goals
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to clients with confidence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (paid media, SEO, content, design) to ensure integrated marketing approaches
- Stay updated on client industries, seasonal trends, and competitive landscape
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines
