FSSAI Job Highlights:
Experience in labour law compliance including statutory Shop & Establishment Registration,Trade License, FSSAI License, CLRA License, LWF, Professional Tax (PT), & Related license.
Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements and maintain proper compliance records and documentation, responsible for managing online license applications.
Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordination with Tamilnadu labour department and shop inspector for shop and establishment approval, as well as online submission of shop and establishment applications.
- Coordination with Assistant Labour Commissioner of labour department for approval of Contract Labour Registration (Principal Employer) & Contractor License as well as submission of online applications.
- Coordination with State & Central Fssai authority of Tamilnadu for approval of Food Safety Licenses.
- Coordination with the Legal Metrology Department for Dealer License Approval, weighing instrument stamping, and notice closure.
- Work & Execution with the regional manager to create a weekly schedule. Send email updates to the EOD on a regular basis
- Make a note of the authority's address, officers' phone numbers, and any other essential information concerning the assignment you've been assigned once you've arrived at the department.
- Every Saturday, post an update to the full tracker.
- Collect all Documents received from departments, such as certificates, challans, and applications, and courier them to the company's Delhi headquarters on a regular basis.
