Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

About Us:
Pappytech Solutions Pvt Ltd is a 360° e-commerce company specializing in imported and domestic products across multiple categories. We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in coordination with the accounting team.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Manage inter-company transactions and generate invoices as needed.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain financial accuracy.
- Delegate tasks and oversee financial responsibilities across the accounting team.
- Monitor daily accounting activities, including ledger and bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, etc.
- Prepare data for GST, TDS, PT, and other tax filings.
- Reconcile payments from marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Assist in Finalisation of accounts for audits and IT filings.
- Maintain regular ledger updates and ensure compliance with all financial policies.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other data analysis functions (mandatory).
- Experience with Tally Prime software.
- Prior experience in e-commerce marketplace accounting (preferred).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team player (Mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record in managing e-commerce accounting.
- Experience with payment reconciliations and marketplace financial operations.
- Hands-on expertise in finalizing accounts and ensuring compliance for audits and tax filings.
