About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager who can lead the Human Resources function with confidence, professionalism, and a people-first approach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, strengthening workplace culture, and partnering with business leaders to support organizational growth.
The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable handling strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and leadership positions.
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and plan hiring strategies.
- Drive employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Oversee HR operations, including attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accuracy in HR data.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, appraisals, feedback discussions, and development planning.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities that enhance motivation and retention.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management review.
- Partner with leadership on organizational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling employee information and sensitive HR matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
