Position: Site Engineer( Fresher)
Experience: 0- 2 Year
Location : Trombey, Mumbai
We are looking for a disciplined and technically strong Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in site execution, manpower handling, material coordination, and contractor management. Candidates with relevant construction site supervision experience only should apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site execution activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and project timelines.
- Manage and monitor contractors, labour teams, and subcontractors at site.
- Coordinate material planning, stock monitoring, and site material consumption.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance scheduling of machinery and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and safety compliance.
- Enforce site safety procedures, toolbox talks, and accident prevention practices.
- Maintain daily attendance records, DPR reports, and site progress updates.
- Read and interpret civil drawings, BOQ, and execution plans accurately.
- Monitor productivity and take corrective actions to improve site efficiency.
- Train and guide junior staff and labour teams on execution standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
