Requirement Intake:
Work with hiring managers to understand JD, skill sets, tech stack, and culture fitSourcing: Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, referrals, job boards, and Boolean searchScreening: Conduct technical + HR screening calls. Coordinate technical assessments/coding roundsInterview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with panel, track feedback, and drive timelinesOffer & Closure: Negotiate CTC, roll out offers, manage onboarding and background checksPipeline Management: Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche IT rolesReporting: Maintain ATS data, share weekly hiring dashboards and TAT metricsMarket Research: Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
