Job Summary:
The Sales Trainer Executive is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for immigration sales consultants. The role focuses on improving product knowledge, sales techniques, communication skills, customer handling, and overall team performance to ensure employees achieve their sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new sales consultants.
- Develop and deliver training programs on immigration products, company processes, and sales techniques.
- Train employees on lead handling, customer engagement, objection handling, follow-up strategies, and closing techniques.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, and practical training sessions to improve sales performance.
- Monitor employee performance after training and provide coaching where required.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, call audits, and feedback from managers.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, assessments, and learning resources.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure training aligns with business goals.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, performance tracking, and feedback reports.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and certification documentation.
- Conduct refresher training sessions for existing employees.
- Ensure all employees are updated on company policies, immigration process updates, and service standards.
- Support management with performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
- Submit periodic training reports and recommendations to management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales training, preferably in an immigration consultancy, education, or service industry.
- Experience in training sales teams and improving conversion rates is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Excellent presentation and training skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate employees.
- Good understanding of immigration consultancy services and documentation (preferred).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
