As an Associate Organization of Tata Trusts, Kalike works across Early Childhood Education (ECE), School Education, Library Transformation, Community Development, WaSH, Skills & Livelihoods, and Systems Strengthening in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and other programme geographies.
Position Summary
The Manager – Fundraising & Resource Mobilization will lead institutional fundraising, strategic partnerships and donor engagement initiatives to support sustainable organizational growth. The role will mobilize resources from Corporate CSR, Indian & International s, Bilateral Agencies, Philanthropic Institutions, HNIs and Development Partners while strengthening Kalike's long-term funding sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy & Business Development
· Develop and execute annual and multi-year resource mobilization strategy.
· Build diversified funding portfolio across CSR, s, Bilateral Agencies and HNIs.
· Identify emerging funding opportunities aligned to Kalike programmes.
Strategic Partnerships & Donor Management
· Build and manage relationships with CSR leaders, s, Government Agencies and Institutional Donors.
· Lead donor meetings, partnership negotiations and stewardship initiatives.
Proposal Development & Grant Management
· Prepare concept notes, grant proposals, budgets and technical narratives.
· Coordinate with Programme, Finance, MEL and Communications teams.
· Ensure donor compliance and timely reporting.
Pipeline Management & Research
· Manage donor pipeline and CRM.
· Research CSR, FCRA and philanthropy landscape.
· Represent Kalike in CSR forums and donor networks.
Impact Communication & Collaboration
· Develop donor presentations, impact reports and case studies.
· Support organizational strategy and sustainability initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Postgraduate degree in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Rural Development, Public Policy, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines with 7–10 years of institutional fundraising, CSR partnership, grant writing and donor management experience.
