*Job Opening: Shadow Teacher – Harlur, Bangalore*
*Luminari* is hiring Shadow Teachers to support children with special needs in mainstream schools in Harlur.
*Salary:* ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Work timing - 7.45 am - 2.45 pm
Days - Monday to Friday

*Who can apply:*
- Background in *Psychology* or *Special Education*
- Freshers with relevant training/internship are welcome
- Prior experience as a Shadow Teacher or working with children with ASD, ADHD, Learning Disabilities preferred
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide 1:1 support to the assigned child in a mainstream classroom
- Implement strategies from the child’s IEP in coordination with teachers and therapists
- Use visual cues, task breakdowns, and positive behavior support
- Facilitate social interaction with peers and manage classroom transitions
- Maintain daily logs and communicate progress with parents and therapists
*Requirements:*
- Training in Psychology , Shadow Teaching, ABA, or Special Education preferred
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work full school hours, 5-6 days a week
