- We are looking for an experienced UX UI Designer Technical Solutions to drive user centered design initiatives for enterprise digital transformation programs
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing intuitive scalable and visually engaging enterprise applications while working closely with business stakeholders product teams and development teams
- Experience in industrial engineering or technical domains is highly preferred
- Lead end to end UX UI design activities across complex enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives
- Conduct user research through interviews surveys workshops usability testing and stakeholder discussions
- Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows wireframes prototypes and high fidelity designs
- Develop intuitive user friendly experiences for enterprise platforms such as ERP Engineering Solutions DMS and other digital products
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and collaborate with cross functional teams to define innovative solutions
- Create and maintain design systems style guides and UI standards to ensure consistency across applications
- Work closely with product managers business analysts architects and development teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Validate design concepts through usability testing and continuously improve user experiences based on feedback and analytics
- Support agile delivery teams by providing design expertise during sprint planning development testing and release cycles
- 8 years of experience in UX UI Design Software Program Management or Digital Product Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of enterprise application designs
- Expertise in Figma Sketch Miro and other UX UI design and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of User Experience UX principles User Interface Design Interaction Design and Information Architecture
- Hands on experience conducting user research usability testing interviews surveys and journey mapping
- Strong knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and user centered design practices
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum based delivery environments
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Computer Interaction HCI Design Computer Science Information Technology Psychology or a related field
- Relevant UX UI certifications are preferred
