Company Description Mindful Official Sustainable Packaging Solutions is a leading provider of eco-friendly packaging in India, helping brands shift from plastic to planet-friendly materials. The company designs and manufactures compostable mailer bags, custom packaging boxes, biodegradable packaging, and sustainable food packaging for clients in Mumbai and across India.
Role Description :
- Full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai
- Manage daily manufacturing and packaging operations
- Ensure production timelines and quality standards are met
- Oversee inventory, procurement, supply chain and logistics
- Manage operational costs, vendor pricing and budgets
- Coordinate deliveries based on client requirements
- Improve workflows, efficiency and waste reduction
- Monitor performance and resolve operational issues
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance
- Lead and mentor the operations team
Qualifications
- Operations management skills, including production planning, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
- Experience with supply chain and logistics, such as inventory control, vendor coordination, and delivery scheduling.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and training.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field; relevant experience in packaging or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Background in printing and packaging would also be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Minimum Experience - 3 yrs
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
