We scaled from 1 campus to 15 campus in 3 years and now we are expanding to 50 campus
We are expanding aggressively and looking for passionate sales professionals to help entrepreneurs and investors start their own SkillCircle Franchise Centers.
What You'll Do
✔ Speak with entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners interested in starting a SkillCircle franchise
✔ Conduct discovery calls and understand their investment goals
✔ Present the SkillCircle franchise opportunity through calls, video meetings, and face-to-face meetings
✔ Guide prospects throughout the decision-making process
✔ Handle follow-ups and maintain relationships with potential franchise partners
✔ Close franchise deals and achieve monthly sales targets
✔ Update CRM and maintain sales records
✔ Work closely with the leadership team on expansion plans
Who Should Apply?
✔ 2-8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Franchise Sales, Education Sales, Real Estate, Insurance, or High-Ticket Sales
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Comfortable speaking with business owners and investors
✔ Target-oriented and self-driven
✔ Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset
