Position: HR Intern
Responsibilities:
To assists the human resources department with day-to-day operations specific to a healthcare setting, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with hospital regulations:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Job Posting: Drafting and publishing job openings across job boards and social media platforms.
- Screening: Reviewing resumes and applications to find suitable candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and sending out offer or rejection letters.
2. Employee Operations and Onboarding
- Data Management: Updating internal HR databases (like an HRIS) with new hire details, absences, and employment changes.
- Onboarding: Helping coordinate orientation programs, preparing onboarding packets, and verifying employee documents.
- File Maintenance: Maintaining both physical and digital personnel files while ensuring strict confidentiality.
3. Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll
- Data Collection: Gathering timesheets, leave balances, and bank account information for payroll processing.
- Admin Support: Assisting the HR team in researching local market salary data and managing benefit inquiries.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
