B2B Manager Intern (Remote)
DigiChakra360 | Revenue Growth & Client Acquisition Training Internship We are seeking a B2B Manager Intern who understands a simple reality: growth is not passive, it is created through outreach, conversations, and consistent execution. This role is designed for individuals who want direct, hands-on exposure to how clients are acquired, deals are structured, and revenue systems are built inside a fast-scaling digital agency.
Responsibilities
Lead Research & Prospecting
Identify potential clients based on:
● Industry relevance
● Business size
● Decision-makers
● Service fit
● Market positioning
Research businesses and professionals across digital platforms. Discover emerging businesses and outreach opportunities.
Outreach & Communication
Initiate outreach via:
● LinkedIn
● Emails
● Instagram DMs
● WhatsApp
Start conversations with potential clients. Conduct follow-ups and maintain lead engagement. Qualify interested prospects before scheduling appointments.
Appointment Coordination
Schedule and coordinate sales calls/meetings. Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Assist in managing outreach pipelines and communication workflows.
Reporting & Tracking
Maintain lead databases and outreach trackers. Monitor outreach performance metrics:
● Responses
● Meetings booked
● Follow-up rates
● Conversion quality
Assist with reporting and pipeline analysis
Minimum Qualifications
● Strong communication skills
● Comfortable initiating conversations and conducting outreach
● Interest in sales, business development, and client acquisition
● Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
● Organized and execution-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
● Understanding of outbound sales and lead generation
● Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach workflows
● Confidence in networking and communication
● Prior outreach or sales experience is a plus
● Ability to remain consistent with follow-ups and outreach
Program Structure
Internship Phase (3 Months)
● Earn up to ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month
● Structured onboarding and mentorship provided
● Hands-on execution with real outreach campaigns
● Live prospecting and appointment-setting experience
Full-Time Opportunity (Post Internship)
Top-performing candidates may receive a full-time offer with progression into:

Compensation up to ₹3 LPA
