We are hiring Telecalling Executives for our finance process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to customers for loan/EMI follow-up
- Inform customers about due payments and resolve queries
- Maintain daily calling data and update in system
- No false commitments to customers
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/Basic English)
- Basic calling or telecalling experience preferred
- Ability to handle targets and pressure
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
- Weekly/monthly incentives based on performance
- Day shift job (No night shift)
Location: Camp, Pune
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
