About the Role – Motion Graphics Designer
Are you passionate about animation, visual storytelling, branding, and creating engaging digital experiences?
ElectroGlobal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to join our Marketing & Brand Communications team.
In this role, you will create visually compelling motion graphics, animated content, promotional videos, product explainers, and digital campaigns that effectively communicate our innovations, products, services, and brand vision across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate should possess strong design aesthetics, animation expertise, and the ability to bring concepts to life through engaging visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop engaging animated explainer videos, product showcases, educational content, and corporate presentations.
- Design motion assets for social media campaigns, advertisements, websites, and digital platforms.
- Transform static designs into dynamic visual experiences through animation and motion design.
- Create animated logos, typography, transitions, infographics, and brand assets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and design teams to conceptualize creative campaigns.
- Produce short-form and long-form content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication materials.
- Manage project timelines, creative assets, and motion design workflows efficiently.
- Stay updated with emerging animation trends, motion design techniques, AI-assisted creative tools, and platform best practices.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Motion Graphics, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and related motion design tools.
- Understanding of animation principles, motion design workflows, visual storytelling, and creative communication.
- Experience creating animated social media content, promotional videos, and brand campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, and design fundamentals.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
