We are a growing event management company specialising in corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, social celebrations, and brand activations. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships.
Position Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented sales professional with 3–4+ years of proven sales experience who can identify new business opportunities, generate revenue, and consistently achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and market research.
- Identify and qualify new leads while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their event requirements and business objectives.
- Present and promote the company's event management services and customized solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Coordinate with the event operations team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Mandatory).
- Experience in event management, hospitality, advertising, media, exhibitions, luxury services, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
