Rudra Imperial Resort is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional for Banquet, Wedding, and Hotel Package Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating wedding bookings, corporate events, banquet business, room package sales, and closing high-value event deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for weddings, banquets, social events, and corporate functions
- Handle wedding inquiries, venue visits, package presentations, and event closing
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Coordinate with operations, banquet, kitchen, and front office teams for smooth execution
- Build relationships with wedding planners, corporates, decorators, and local business networks
- Upsell premium packages, rooms, décor, catering, and event services
- Maintain client database and follow-up system
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis regularly
- Manage online inquiries, WhatsApp leads, and social media responses professionally
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in hotel sales, banquet sales, or wedding/event industry preferred
- Excellent closing ability and customer handling skills
- Smart personality with professional grooming
- Ability to work under targets and event pressure
- Knowledge of wedding trends and hospitality sales preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years in hotel sales / banquet sales / wedding sales
Pay: From ₹11,884.96 per month
