Job Title: Team Leader – Operations (BPO Outbound Sales)

Shift: Rotational (9:00 AM–6:00 PM / 12:00 PM–9:00 PM)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage an outbound sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality.
- Conduct coaching sessions, team briefings, and performance reviews.
- Prepare MIS reports including EOD, Target vs Achievement, Productivity, Attendance, RAG, and Escalation Reports.
- Handle team escalations and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Drive team engagement, discipline, and KPI achievement.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO Outbound Sales process.
- Must have an official Team Leader designation on company records.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting).
- Experience in MIS reporting and performance tracking.
