Summary
We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on Senior Accounting Manager to own the core accounting infrastructure of a growing, global, post-Series B company.
This person will lead the company through a rigorous GAAP close, consolidation, revenue recognition, reporting, audit, payroll partnership, finance administration, and accounting systems environment. The role requires someone who can operate at both the technical and operational level: able to work through complex accounting questions, improve financial systems, develop a strong team, and continuously increase the leverage of the finance organization through automation, AI, clear standards, and scalable processes.
We intentionally operate with a lean finance organization. Success in this role will not come from adding layers or headcount. It will come from building better operators, stronger systems, cleaner processes, and a finance function that can scale significantly without becoming unnecessarily complex. This is ideal for a high-potential manager who aspires to learn, lead, and grow their career into a future finance leader.
Location
The role is remote based in India. Preference will be given to Mumbai or Bangalore based candidates.
