Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to accelerate our business growth. In this role, you will devise targeted marketing campaigns to capture prospective qualified leads and directly pitch, negotiate, and close business accounts. This position requires a balance of analytical marketing expertise and persuasive communication skills to manage the complete customer acquisition pipeline.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Duties
- Campaign Execution: Design and deploy promotional initiatives across digital, email, and social media channels.
- Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to target demographics and capture high-quality business leads.
- Collateral Creation: Coordinate with designers to build highly engaging flyers, pitch decks, and digital assets.
- Brand Awareness: Maintain a consistent brand messaging structure across all outreach mediums.
Sales Duties
- Pipeline Management: Prospect new business opportunities and execute cold or warm outreach schedules.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver comprehensive presentations to familiarise clients with product values.
- Deal Negotiation: Discuss pricing terms and build custom contract proposals following structural guidelines.
- Account Retention: Nurture active accounts by handling post-purchase client feedback and queries.
- Event Coordination: Organize local networking seminars, trade shows, and industry exhibitions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
