Role Overview
Drive business growth through consultative selling, project acquisition, and design consultation while engaging architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and HNI clients.
Business Development & Project Sales
● Generate new business opportunities across luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
● Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, PMCs, and channel partners.
● Manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets. Design Consultation
● Understand client requirements and recommend customized interior solutions.
● Participate in design discussions and present product solutions.
● Coordinate with the design team for customized proposals. Client Acquisition, Negotiation & Relationship Management
● Engage with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, and HNI clients.
● Present proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
● Close high-value projects and develop long-term client relationships.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
● 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, Interior Solutions, Luxury Furniture, Architectural Products, Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, or Building Materials.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
