About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Chemistry Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Chemistry concepts and experience teaching students preparing for JEE and/or NEET. The candidate should be committed to delivering high-quality instruction, motivating students, and helping them achieve academic excellence.
Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry to JEE and NEET aspirants.
- Plan and deliver engaging classroom lectures.
- Prepare study material, assignments, and practice tests.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide academic guidance.
- Monitor student progress and help improve their conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance teaching quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- 2+ years of teaching experience preferred (Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.)
- Strong conceptual knowledge of JEE and/or NEET Chemistry.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching at a reputed coaching institute or school.
- Ability to teach both Class 11 and Class 12 Chemistry.
- Familiarity with the latest JEE/NEET syllabus and exam patterns.
