Job Summary
Swipen Grow is seeking a confident and customer-focused Telecaller / Sales Executive to engage with prospective customers, explain our platform and investment offerings, and assist them throughout the inquiry process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Hindi, and possess a positive, customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Explain the platform's services and investment offerings clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Record customer interactions and update lead information accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Telugu is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
