Resident Medical Officer (RMO) | MBBS Responsibilities:
Examine, assess, and manage patients in OPD, IPD, Emergency, and ICU as required.
Provide timely medical care and monitor patients' clinical progress. Attend medical emergencies and initiate appropriate treatment. Coordinate with consultants and nursing staff for effective patient management.
Prescribe medications and order diagnostic investigations as per clinical protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
Participate in ward rounds and follow-up care.
Eligibility: MBBS from a recognized institution. Valid State Medical Council/NMC Registration.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Good clinical knowledge, communication skills, and a patient-centric approach.
