Job Title: Technical Support Specialist.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to assist clients with website-related issues. The role involves troubleshooting technical and functional problems, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely email-based communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues (technical errors, performance, functionality).
- Provide professional and timely email support to clients and vendors.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and follow-ups.
- Monitor website functionality and escalate complex cases when required.
- Create and update knowledge base documents.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of networking and Operating Systems (Windows/Linux).
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs).
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience in technical support or website troubleshooting preferred.
