- Shipment Management: Plan routes, coordinate with carriers, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and optimize warehouse space.
- Vendor Relations: Negotiate freight rates, establish contracts, and manage relationships with suppliers and transport providers.
- Documentation: Ensure all shipping, customs, and delivery documents are accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Reporting: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
- Key RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or warehouse operations.
- Skills: Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilities.
