The NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) Staff Nurse is responsible for providing specialized nursing care to critically ill or premature newborn infants. The role involves continuous monitoring, administering medications, supporting families, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for neonates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and care for neonates in NICU
- Administer medications and treatments
- Handle NICU equipment (ventilator, incubator, etc.)
- Maintain patient records and follow infection control protocols
- Support doctors and guide parents
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
- Valid Nursing Registration
- 3–5 years of NICU experience required
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
