Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and student-centric Academic Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary navigator for students as they transition through their educational journey. You won't just be picking classes; you will be a mentor, a strategist, and a problem-solver, ensuring every student has the tools and roadmap necessary to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Planning: Guide students in selecting majors, courses, and extracurriculars that align with their career aspirations and graduation requirements.
Student Support: Identify at-risk students and provide proactive interventions, including study skills workshops, time-management coaching, and referrals to mental health or tutoring services.
Admissions & Outreach: Assist with orientation programs and information sessions to help prospective and new students integrate into the campus culture.
Policy Advocacy: Stay current on institutional policies and state/federal educational regulations to provide accurate guidance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
