We are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor responsible for overseeing mechanical maintenance and ensuring the smooth functioning of plant machinery to support uninterrupted production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance of mechanical equipment, utilities, and production machinery
- Ensure smooth operation of PET bottling and aseptic (Tetra Pak) production lines
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime
- Monitor equipment performance and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, safety, and GMP standards
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports
- Coordinate with production and electrical teams
- Supervise and guide technicians and fitters
Key Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG / manufacturing plant
- Experience in bottling / beverage / food processing industry preferred.
Core Skills
- Mechanical maintenance & troubleshooting
- Knowledge of pumps, compressors, conveyors, and utilities
- Preventive maintenance planning
- Team handling and coordination
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
