The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers to ensure efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily construction site activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and report daily site activities.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Verify material deliveries and maintain inventory records.
- Identify and resolve on-site construction issues promptly.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed within scheduled timelines and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in civil construction site supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
