Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Business Development Executive with preferred FMCG experience. The candidate will handle international client communication, present company products effectively, build strong client relationships, and support business growth through sales, business development, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communicate and negotiate with prospects regarding products, pricing, samples, orders, and payments terms.
2. Gather detailed requirements, address client concerns, and objections confidently.
3. Support sales through effective communication, presentations, negotiation and deal conversion.
4. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
5. Maintain consistent follow-ups to improve client engagement and conversions
6. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
7. Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM.
8. Provide sales updates and client feedback to management
Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2. 1–3 years of mandatory FMCG sales/business development experience
3. Proven experience in closing deals
Skills Required
1. Excellent verbal and written English communication
2. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and influencing skills
3. Client relationship management and presentation skills
4. Professional and confident approach
5. Business Communication and FMCG experience is an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
