We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, qualifying business opportunities, and closing sales for IT Hardware, Networking, and related technology solutions. This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers.
- Promote IT Hardware, Networking, Software, and IT Infrastructure solutions to corporate clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Follow a structured sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients to convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing customers to build long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience selling IT Hardware, Networking Products, Software, or IT Solutions is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
