Patient Care and Flow
- Manage seamless patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Coordinate daily doctor rounds, medical tests, and treatment schedules.
- Resolve patient and family complaints or queries quickly.
- Oversee auxiliary services like dietary, housekeeping, and pharmacy needs on the floor.
