We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented F&B service associate with prior experience in a star hotel to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guest service and maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests in accordance with hotel standards
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly
- Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and maintained
- Assist guests with menu selection and provide product knowledge
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) of star hotels
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in a star hotel (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
- Knowledge of food & beverage service standards
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in Hotel Management / Hospitality
- Experience in fine dining, banquet, or multi-cuisine restaurant
